Pumpkinfest Postponed

SUNDAY Oct 31 from 11:30am- 2pm

National Weather Service just released a Special Weather Statement about a powerful pressure system that will start tonight and continue through our area all tomorrow.  It is forecasted to be over an inch of rain tonight and tomorrow.  Due to the extreme weather, we are postponing Pumpkinfest until Sunday, Oct 31st from 11:30-2pm.  We will be in the parking lot of school, due to the extreme rain making the field unusable.  Parking will be off campus, there will no parking available on campus.

If you purchased, a timed ticket feel free to come join us anytime between 11:30-2pm.  We will do our best to keep the line moving and stay socially distant.  If you can not join us, we will have Pumpkinfest "to go" kits available on Monday at pick up and drop off.  Just send us an email that you can't make it and the name that you purchased your tickets under.  We will have your goodie bag, pumpkin, prizes, and crafts all gathered for your "to go" kit on Monday.  If you now can come because it is moved to Sunday, please visit see below and purchase a ticket.

The Haunted Maze will not be available on Sunday.  If you purchased a ticket, please let us know if you would like a refund.  Please remember all money previously raised for the Haunted Maze goes directly to our Middle School Theatre Club.

If you volunteered to work a shift at Pumpkinfest and can still volunteer, please sign-up for a new time slot here.  If you can not volunteer since we had to change dates, that's ok, we understand.  If you now are available to help set-up, work a booth for an hour, or help clean up, you can sign up to volunteer here.

If you are donating any items (except baked goods), you can drop them off tomorrow at Pick up or Drop off.  We will have tent set up and a table, and will store them until Sunday.  If you are letting us borrow your tent or folding table, could you drop them off Sunday morning?  If you can't, just email us and we will come pick them up from you.  If you have a portable battery station or a small generator that you would be willing to let us borrow, we would very much appreciate it!  We will not have access to electric on Sunday, and could use anything to power our inflatables and coffee makers.  If you are bringing baked goods, please drop them off on Sunday.  If you can't drop them off, email us and we will come get them.

Thank you everyone for being so flexible!
