RACE DAY SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Registration starts at 8:45a
Greenfield School Parking Lot
**Lot will be closed for this event starting at 8a**
The 3rd Annual Greenfield Turkey Trot is open for all Greenfield students, family and friends. Whether you are a registered runner/walker or a spectator, stop by and take a chance on exciting raffles (see list below), visit our Bake Sale, donate to our Service Committee and cheer on our participants. Stay until the very end for the not-to-be-missed Greenfield Pie Booth!! Proceeds will benefit the Greenfield Food Drive/PTO.
Arrive at least 15 min. prior to your race times listed below
8:35am Registration Opens
9:00am All Activities/Bake Sale/Raffle Open
9:15am Group A- Grades Pre-K - 1
9:45am Group B- Grades 5 - 8
10:15am Group C- Grades 2 - 4
10:45am Raffle and Pie-a-Teacher ticket drawing
WHAT TO BRING:
Water Bottle, Hat/Gloves, dress for the cool morning weather, low 36 / high 49
Optional: Service Committee Donations: Breakfast Foods (cereal, oatmeal, bars, etc.) and Coat Drive Donations (gently used/new coats of all sizes).
Optional: Money for bake sale, fantastic raffle items & pie booth (tickets prices are below)
Upon arrival, participants MUST check in at the Registration Table
Your Race Bag contains pre-ordered T-shirts*, Race Bibs and Snacks
ALL participants will be entered for a chance to win a $50 Appalachian Running Co. Gift Card
*Only racers registered before November 3rd are guaranteed t-shirts
Have NOT registered but would still like to participate? Check in at the Registration Table for a race bib. Race Bags and T-shirts are not guaranteed for onsite registrations.

Free Hot Cocoa / Coffee / Gatorade stations
Donation Table (Donate your favorite breakfast food/coat drive drop-off)
Playful Pittsburgh Collaborative Free Play activities
‘Pie a Teacher’ Booth (winners pulled at 10:45a)
Live Music (Sunburst School of Music)
Race Photo Booth
Items to Purchase (cash or Paypal accepted):
Bake Sale: Tasty, individually wrapped goodies to purchase. All $1.
Raffle Prizes: $1 per ticket or $5 for 10, $10 for 15 or $20 for 25; Raffles listed below.
Pie Booth: $1 a chance to ‘Pie a Teacher’ Thanks to Ms. Lovelady, Mr. Himmel and Ms Paine for volunteering! Pie tickets sold onsite as well as during lunch on Thurs. 11/16 and Fri. 11/17 during Donut Day Sale. Proceeds benefit the Service Committee.
