Sign-up Form - March Food Boxes
Free PTO food delivery is available for Greenfield School families. Please fill out the form below if you would like a food box delivery. Deliveries take place several times a year. An online sign-up form will be posted here and also sent to families through Talking Points. Families will be emailed through our website link after the food is dropped off at their homes. Please check your spam folder to make sure you receive our website emails. Spots are limited and are filled first come, first served. Discretion is used for forms and deliveries. We will deliver the boxes on Monday, March 23rd. (Please make sure to sign up by the night of March 20.)
